Terms of Service

1. Educational Services

AccelerateMyEdu provides tutoring services for Cambridge (IGCSE/A-Level), IB (PYP/MYP/DP), and Indonesian National Curriculums. While we strive to provide the highest quality education, we cannot guarantee specific grades or exam results, as student performance depends on many factors.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Booking: All sessions must be scheduled in advance.
• Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
• Late Cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the full rate to compensate the tutor's time.

3. Payments

Payment for tutoring packages or individual sessions must be made in accordance with the invoice provided. We accept bank transfers. Failure to pay by the due date may result in the suspension of services. Membership subscriptions are covered in Section 5.

4. Student Conduct

Students are expected to be respectful to tutors and prepared for their lessons. AccelerateMyEdu reserves the right to terminate services for any student who displays inappropriate behavior.

5. Membership Subscription

These terms apply when you pay for a member account on our website.

• What membership includes: Membership gives the account holder access to our class schedule and to the members-only learning resources on this website, such as practice papers and worked solutions. Tutoring sessions are not included and are arranged and paid for separately (see Section 3). All our free revision notes remain free without a membership.
• Price: Membership costs USD 5 per month when paid with PayPal, or Rp 80.000 per month when paid by bank transfer, which may be paid for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months in advance. Any fees charged by your bank, PayPal, Wise or for currency conversion are your responsibility.
• Bank transfers: Each bank transfer bill adds a unique code of up to Rp 999 to the price, so that we can recognise your payment. Please transfer the exact amount shown; the code is part of the payment. A bill is valid for 48 hours, after which you can request a new one.
• When access starts: A PayPal subscription is activated as soon as PayPal confirms it. Bank transfers and other manual payments are activated once our administrator has confirmed that the money has arrived, usually within one working day; uploading a receipt or sending a message does not activate membership by itself. Each month paid gives 30 days of access, counted from the day the payment is confirmed or, if your membership is still running, from the day it would have ended.
• Automatic renewal and cancellation: A PayPal subscription renews automatically every month and is charged by PayPal until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time in your PayPal account; your access then continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Bank transfer memberships do not renew automatically: they simply end unless you pay for a new period.
• Refunds: Because access to digital resources starts as soon as a payment is confirmed, payments are non-refundable, including for the unused part of a period, except where required by law. We will refund any duplicate payment, any amount taken in error, and any payment for which we are unable to provide access. Please contact us within 30 days of the payment.
• Your account: Membership is for one person. Do not share your login, and do not copy, publish, sell or pass on the members-only resources; they are protected by copyright. We may suspend a membership that breaks these rules, without a refund for the remaining period. Members under 18 must have the agreement of a parent or guardian to subscribe and pay.
• Changes to the service or price: We regularly update the schedule and the members-only resources, and some may change or be withdrawn. We may change the membership price; we will give PayPal subscribers at least 30 days' notice before a new price applies to them, and a change never affects a period you have already paid for. If we stop offering membership altogether, we will refund any whole months you have paid for in advance and not yet used.
• Payment providers: Payments made through PayPal, Wise or your bank are also subject to that provider's own terms. We never receive or store your card or online banking details.
