Welcome to AccelerateMyEdu. By accessing our website and using our tutoring services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Educational Services

AccelerateMyEdu provides tutoring services for Cambridge (IGCSE/A-Level), IB (PYP/MYP/DP), and Indonesian National Curriculums. While we strive to provide the highest quality education, we cannot guarantee specific grades or exam results, as student performance depends on many factors.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Booking: All sessions must be scheduled in advance.
• Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
• Late Cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the full rate to compensate the tutor's time.

3. Payments

Payment for tutoring packages or individual sessions must be made in accordance with the invoice provided. We accept bank transfers. Failure to pay by the due date may result in the suspension of services.

4. Student Conduct

Students are expected to be respectful to tutors and prepared for their lessons. AccelerateMyEdu reserves the right to terminate services for any student who displays inappropriate behavior.
