2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely for the following purposes:

• To respond to your inquiries and schedule consultations.
• To customize our tutoring services to your needs.
• To communicate progress updates and schedule changes.

3. Data Protection

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access or disclosure.

4. Student Learning Records

For enrolled students, our tutors keep learning records so we can deliver and improve our tutoring service and keep parents informed. These records include the student's name, school, grade, curriculum, subjects, parent/guardian contact details, per-session progress reports (topics covered, achievements, difficulties, and next steps), and tutor session logs.

• Records are stored securely on Google Firebase (Firestore) and are never publicly accessible.
• Access is limited to the student's assigned tutors and our administrators, through authenticated staff accounts.
• Records are kept while the student is enrolled and for a reasonable period afterwards, after which they are deleted.
• Parents and guardians may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's records at any time using the contact below, in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27/2022).

5. Testimonials

Former students may share feedback through personal invitation links we send. By submitting the form, you agree that your first name, school, grade, programme, rating, and feedback text may be published on our website after review by our team. You may request the removal of a published testimonial at any time using the contact below.
