Cambridge IGCSE Physics 0625
Syllabus for examination in 2026, 2027 and 2028. The subject is organised into six topics. Everyone studies all six; what differs between Core and Extended is the depth.
Start with Core, Extended and the papers if you have not yet worked out which route you are on. — Mr. Suta

Which route you are on decides which grades are available to you, and which three papers you sit.

📜A note on past papers
I no longer link to the unofficial archives that host Cambridge papers without permission — they change domain constantly and they sit badly next to the academic honesty rules you agree to. Ask me and I will give you properly licensed past questions through school.
Remember also that papers from before the current syllabus have no Space physics on them.
