Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us when you fill out our contact forms or enroll in our tutoring programs. This includes:

• Names (Student and Parent/Guardian)
• Contact Information (Email address and Phone number)
• Educational Details (Current grade, school, and curriculum interest)
• Anonymous website usage statistics (via Google Analytics)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely for the following purposes:

• To respond to your inquiries and schedule consultations.
• To customize our tutoring services to your needs.
• To communicate progress updates and schedule changes.

3. Data Protection

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access or disclosure.

4. Student Learning Records

For enrolled students, our tutors keep learning records so we can deliver and improve our tutoring service and keep parents informed. These records include the student's name, school, grade, curriculum, subjects, parent/guardian contact details, per-session progress reports (topics covered, achievements, difficulties, and next steps), and tutor session logs.

• Records are stored securely on Google Firebase (Firestore) and are never publicly accessible.
• Access is limited to the student's assigned tutors and our administrators, through authenticated staff accounts.
• At the parent's or guardian's request we may issue a private, read-only progress link. It shows only that student's progress reports and session totals, we can revoke it at any time, and the page is excluded from search engines.
• Records are kept while the student is enrolled and for a reasonable period afterwards, after which they are deleted.
• Parents and guardians may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's records at any time using the contact below, in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27/2022).

5. Testimonials

Former students may share feedback through personal invitation links we send. By submitting the form, you agree that your first name, school, grade, programme, rating, and feedback text may be published on our website after review by our team. You may request the removal of a published testimonial at any time using the contact below.

6. Purchases and Payments

If you buy a premium learning resource, you create an account with your email address and we keep a record of your order so we can give you access to what you paid for and answer questions about it. That record holds your email address, the resource ordered, the exact amount, an order reference, and the date.

• Payment is made by bank transfer or QRIS directly to our own account. We do not operate a payment gateway and never receive, ask for, or store your card or online banking details.
• Your transfer appears on our own bank statement, which our bank keeps under its own terms and Indonesian banking law. A member of our team checks it against your order to confirm the payment.
• If you send us proof of payment on WhatsApp, that message and any screenshot stay in our WhatsApp account and are deleted once the order is confirmed.
• Order records are kept for as long as you hold access to the resource, so that we can restore your library if you sign in on a new device, and for the period required for our own accounting.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and order records at any time using the contact below, in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27/2022). Deleting the record also removes your access to the purchased resource.

7. Visitor Statistics

Our home page shows a globe with the approximate locations of recent visitors. It is a rough map of where our readers are, not a record of individuals.

• The location is estimated by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) from your internet connection, at city level at best. It is never precise, and we do not use GPS or ask your browser for your location.
• We store only totals: a visit count per place. We do not keep a list of visits, and nothing we store can be traced back to you, your device, or your IP address. Your IP address is never written down.
• So that one person reloading the page is not counted many times, a short scrambled code is held for thirty minutes and then deleted. It cannot be reversed and is not used for anything else.
• The globe sets no cookie and leaves nothing permanent on your device. It is separate from Google Analytics, which is described in section 1.

8. Practice Test Leaderboard

After finishing a TKA practice test, students may choose to put their result on a public leaderboard. Taking part is optional: if you do not enter a nickname, nothing is sent.

• We store only the nickname you choose, the test, your score, the time you took and the date. We do not ask for your real name, email, school or phone number, and we advise students not to use their real name as a nickname.
• Your answers are sent so that our server can mark them. They are used only to calculate the score and are not stored.
• To limit spam, a short scrambled code made from your connection and device is kept for the rest of the day and then deleted. Your IP address is never stored. Your browser also remembers that you have already checked a test, so that only your first attempt is counted.
• Nicknames and scores are visible to anyone who opens the leaderboard. Offensive nicknames are blocked or removed by our staff.
• Monthly boards are deleted after twelve months; the all-time board keeps only the top one hundred results. Parents or students can ask us to remove a nickname at any time using the contact details below.

9. Member Accounts

Students, parents and teachers can register a member account and subscribe to see our class schedule and members-only resources. Membership is optional; all our free learning notes stay free without an account.

• We store your name, your email address, whether you are a student, a parent or a teacher, your grade (students only), your school, your country, whether your email is confirmed, the date you registered, and your account status (waiting, approved or paused). Your password is handled by Google Firebase Authentication; we never see or store it.
• Only our administrators can see member records. They use them to approve accounts and, if needed, to contact you about your access.
• When you sign in, our website sets a cookie that keeps you signed in for up to thirty days, plus a second small cookie that only tells the menu to show "My Account". They are needed for the member area to work and are not used for advertising or tracking. Logging out removes them.
• Membership is a paid subscription (USD 5 or Rp 80.000 a month). For each payment we keep a record with your account: the method (Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, PayPal or Wise), the exact amount, the period paid for, a transaction reference, the dates, and the date your membership runs until. We use it to give you access, to answer questions about your payment, and for our own accounting.
• If you upload a transfer receipt, the image or PDF is stored with that payment record and only our administrators can see it. Bank transfers are checked by hand against our own bank statement; we never ask for or store your card or online banking details. You may ask us to delete a receipt once your payment has been confirmed.
• If you subscribe with PayPal, the payment is handled by PayPal under its own privacy policy, and we never see your card or PayPal login. PayPal tells us the subscription ID, its status and when payments are made, which we use only to keep your membership active. You can cancel the subscription in your PayPal account at any time; your access continues until the end of the period already paid.
• If the member is under 18, we ask that a parent or guardian agrees to the registration, in line with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27/2022).
• Records are kept while the account is in use. You may ask us to see, correct or delete your member record and login at any time using the contact details below.
